A reflexive verb has -se on the end of the infinitive: levantarse, ducharse, llamarse. The pronoun changes with the person and goes before the verb: Me ducho.
With an infinitive or -ando/-iendo, it can go on the end: Voy a ducharme = Me voy a duchar.
Many daily-routine verbs are reflexive: despertarse, levantarse, ducharse, vestirse, acostarse. With body parts, use the article, not a possessive: Me lavo las manos.
