Negative: just put no before the verb: No hablo alemán. Spanish likes double negatives: No veo nada (I don't see anything), No viene nadie (nobody is coming), No bebo nunca (I never drink).
Questions: the word order can stay the same; your voice goes up. Written questions open with ¿ and close with ? (the same for ¡…!).
Question words always have an accent: qué, quién, dónde, cuándo, cómo, cuánto, cuál, por qué.
